Thérapie Clinic is a leading provider of Aesthetic Medical and Body treatments, with over 70 clinics across Europe and New York. Driven by empowerment, disruption, and growth, we prioritize client satisfaction in everything we do. We are hiring a CRM Manager within our Marketing Team.

Requirements

  • Owning the email/push/SMS campaign roadmap and ensuring it is always followed for all business units and that it aligns with agreed business objectives.  
  • Briefing email marketing content and asset requirements to our Creative Design studio team, ensuring on-time delivery, aligning to the campaign roadmap.  
  • Copywriting subject lines and defining subject line AB tests, along with content and copy testing for different customer segments.  
  • Building out email templates for delivery, setting up control groups and managing the campaign delivery process (across multiple lifecycles)   
  • Escalating tech/delivery issues.  
  • Becoming a superuser of our new enterprise CRM software, Salesforce.
  • Working in close partnership with your peers in the marketing department in the areas of Brand, social media & Content and Performance Marketing to ensure TTL marketing campaign requirements are aligned.  
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance in everything we execute.  
  • Ensuring all of our lifecycle KPIs are supported through the CRM program.  
  • Reporting on all campaigns vs. control group.  
  • Growing our subscriber base and identifying opportunities for existing customers to convert to becoming subscribers. 
  • Defining the workflow and campaign (automated and scheduled) requirements and implementing these.
  • Supporting in the definition of typologies and delivery controls and adhering to these.    
  • Supporting in the definition of customer data and reporting requirements and working alongside Thérapie Tech team to deliver these.  
  • Core KPIs include Customer retention, cross sell conversion, upsell conversion, win back, thinker conversion, LTV, no-show rates, deliverability, open rates, click to open rates and new subscribers.  

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a data driven, CRM/Email/SMS/Push Marketing position.  
  • Experience creating, delivering and reporting on great email marketing campaigns via Salesforce Email Studio
  • Must be comfortable with customer data, recipient/audience tables (or similar) and working in partnership with BI/Tech/Product teams to ensure required customer data is fed into the platform, which you will own.
  • Excellent communication and prioritisation skills are a must, along with superb attention to detail. 
  • Experience dealing with C-Level/SLT members and presenting at the board level.  
  • Ambitious and ready to roll up sleeves to drive increased value from the CRM function, to grow the team/function.
